Stand Strong Again

“Our cause is the cause of all mankind…we are fighting for their liberty in defending our own.” ~ Benjamin Franklin

“If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the furnace of blazing fire; and He will deliver us out of your hand, O king. 18 But even if He does not, let it be known to you, O king, that we are not going to serve your gods or worship the golden image that you have set up.” ~ Daniel 3:17-18

Well, they are at it again.  Social media has been a buzz of another coming pandemic.  We are entering into another election season, so it doesn’t surprise me at all.  They had to steal the first one through mail in ballots and unconstitutional rules at multiple precincts, so what makes you think they won’t attempt to steal this one again.  Trump leads the polls and has the support of not only the die-hards but even those who have been waking up over the last two years.  One nurse video I saw indicated she was brought in to a meeting with her charge nurse, saying that they would need their rooms again for a covid crisis that would be happening in a couple of weeks.  First of all, how would you know there is a crisis coming and have a specific date or season? Red flag!  If you do any research, you will find colleges and countries are already starting to train people into this idea of mask mandates being needed again for the new variant that has emerged.

Morris Brown College in Atlanta Georgia has already implemented the policy on their campus.  Government doctors in Seattle have demanded their nursing staff mask up again, going as far to say there is a NEED to “adopt this new reality…and not accepting unnecessary risks” (source).  This is nothing more than another psyop.  Talk about the new variant heavily, and slowly introduce mask mandates first with staff—to get people used to the idea again–then forcing others. This new variant is also a spinoff of Omicron, which if you remember was a weaker strain and at most you had cold symptoms for a week or two.  I encourage you to look into the facts.  The fact that masks don’t work.  The fact that they lied to us about the death count.  The fact that their protocol was the thing killing most patients.  Do the research, and not just listen to talking points by the main stream media and government sources who clearly do not have the people’s best interests at hand.

You know as I ponder this whole situation, I can’t help but go back to the fact that the majority of these scientists, politicians and others that are pushing this agenda, their primary philosophy is one of secular humanism.  Of which, their foundational belief is that of evolution.  The main premise is survival of the fittest, right?  Only the strong will survive.  We also see people like Bill Gates who has a big stake in the jabs talk about the population of the earth and how large it is, due to hit 9 billion soon, say that through jabs, health care, reproductive health services, we could lower that by 10-15%.  So, if those of us who do not believe their lies and want to refuse masks and take the risk of contracting and dying of covid, wouldn’t that only be helping their agenda?  Why the need to control every facet of this?  It’s just not that deadly as they claim it to be and they know it. We’d also be doing them a favor as it would be weeding out the weak dissidents right?

I try to look at things in a very simplistic, black and white type of mentality, and before you check out and think I’m being racist, I’m referring to no grey areas.  With a Biblical worldview, it’s quite simply based on the fact we are in a spiritual war of light and darkness.  There is good and evil, there are moral absolutes.  Jesus said in John 10:10, “the thief comes to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life and have it abundantly”.  So, I’ve learned to look at things through this lens.  Is my current situation I’m in meant to bring life or is it bringing destruction?  If it’s life then it is a God thing, if it’s death and destruction then it’s from the evil one.  It is so simple to look at things this way that even a child can understand it.  Isn’t that how we are to come to Father, with the faith of a child?  A child believes and takes things literally.  Why should we not take our Father’s words literally.

I do believe that many have been awakened, now it is time to stand united all people of this great nation and of the world.  One people, sons and daughters of the Creator, of every tribe, tongue and nation to resist tyrannical rulers.  We gave them the benefit of the doubt back in 2020, then they continued to move the goal posts time and time again, making the end unattainable.  Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.  If one cannot see through what is going on at this point, I’m not sure if they ever will.  Time would be better spent continuing to educate and encourage those who have awakened.  Building up their courage to stand up and resist tyranny once again.  It is our duty as American citizens to resist tyranny.  We are not to bow to man, but to the Almighty.  What are we teaching the next generation if we comply with lies out of fear of repercussions?   Ben Franklin said, “Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.”

Tyrants bully, that is all they know to do, and if we continue to allow them to, they will push further and further until we are bound in slavery and wonder how we got there.  Look at Israel, when they were in the land of Egypt the bible said they grew in numbers and Pharoah feared this.  This is why our tyrannical governments push so hard to break our will, because they fear our numbers and they should.  We do have the numbers.  This is why we must stand united and fearless.  We must take on the mindset of our founders that we are willing to fight for liberty regardless of the cost.  We have to resolve within ourselves to fear not and see this through to the end.  I look to the three Hebrew boys when they were enslaved by Nebuchadnezzar, when the king tried to get all to bow to his image and they refused.  They took a stand even though it meant certain death.  They resolved within themselves to obey God and not man, even if it cost them their life.  Sure, enough they were thrown into a fiery prison, all three of them.  Yet when the people look in the furnace, they saw not three in there but four, and they were walking around.  Be encouraged, that when we stand for truth and liberty God Almighty will preserve us.

The Impeachment Clause

by Susan Snelling

There is a lot of talk lately in the House of Representatives regarding the possible impending impeachment of certain government officials appointed by the president and approved by Congress for dereliction of duty. Not only that but for intentionally doing the opposite of our laws or unfairly executing justice favoring one political ideology over others. Of course, President Donald Trump was impeached twice by the House but not tried by the Senate. The reasons for those impeachments were unfounded at a minimum. They did not meet the bar for impeachment in the Constitution.

Note that the House at the time was majority Democrat who launched into impeachment without even an inquiry and the Senate had a slim Republican majority. The way the Democrats violated the impeachment clause of the Constitution with Trump was one of the numerous areas the left has shredded the Constitution. Since impeachment has come up again, this time of Democrat officials and possibly even the president, we will briefly examine this subject.

What does the Constitution say about impeachment anyway? Article 2, section 4 of the Constitution provides for impeachment of officials. It says: “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

The phrase “High Crime and Misdemeanors” used by the Framers does not refer to an unusually horrendous crime, or a white-collar crime, or a crime that is more clever than the rest or worse than the rest. The word “high” has to do with the office of the individual. It has to do with the trust placed in that officer, such as the president. In Federalist Paper No. 65, Alexander Hamilton wrote that impeachment was to be used for:  “…the abuse or violation of some public trust. … [or for] injuries done immediately to the society itself.”

Noah Webster described “misdemeanor” in his 1828 Dictionary of the English Language as: “ill behavior, evil conduct, fault, and mismanagement.” The trust we place in public officials, including the president, when violated, is a serious matter that allows for removal of that person from office through impeachment. One if those impeachable offenses is when the president or other official undermines the Constitution. Founding Father George Mason: “[Impeachment is for] attempts to subvert the Constitution.”

In Article 1, sections 2 and 3, the Framers gave the power of impeachment to the House and the power to try impeachment to the Senate. It takes two thirds of the Senate to convict. If convicted, the official cannot hold public office again or sit in positions of honor and trust. They can also still be tried according to American laws.

Alexander Hamilton writes in Federalist 65 about the Senate’s power to try impeachment: “Where else than in the Senate could have been found a tribunal sufficiently dignified, or sufficiently independent? What other body would be likely to feel CONFIDENCE ENOUGH IN ITS OWN SITUATION, to preserve, unawed and uninfluenced, the necessary impartiality between an INDIVIDUAL accused, and the REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PEOPLE, HIS ACCUSERS?”

It was vital to include a way for the House and Senate to keep officials in check, as Alexander Hamilton called impeachment “a bridle in the hands of the Legislative body.”  Without this means, officials can abuse their public trust and even cause harm to society.  The Founding Fathers believed that the threat of impeachment might prevent office holders from abusing their office and the public trust.

James Iredell said: “Every man ought to be amenable for his conduct. … It will be not only the means of punishing misconduct but it will prevent misconduct. A man in public office who knows that there is no tribunal to punish him may be ready to deviate from his duty; but if he knows there is a tribunal for that purpose although he may be a man of no principle, the very terror of punishment will perhaps deter him.”

But this of course, is predicated on the legislative body’s willingness to impeach when that threshold has been met. When Congress refuses to use the provision of impeachment to remove a public official from office, it can embolden office holders to continue their disregard for the Constitution.

Ultimately, it’s up to the citizens to have knowledge of the Constitution and its original intent, so they will know when their rights are being violated and the Constitution subverted. It is also up to the people to elect office holders who understand the Constitution and are just as dedicated to the preservation of what the Founders gave us and what the Constitution protects.

This is where it begins. Electing principled leaders through an honest election system (which I previously addressed). But more important than that and at the bottom of it are principled and moral citizens who are informed themselves and who care enough about our Constitutional Republic to insist on good and moral officials doing their job as public servants. Elected officials need to be held accountable. The so-called mainstream media for the most part is absent in their duty. We the People have to demand our elected officials address those who are violating our Constitution. Never forget, a Republic is only for a moral people.
